Granola

10 cups oats
1 cup chopped nuts or almonds (optional)
1 cup coconut 1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Bake 275 for 1 hour on baking sheet, stir every 15 min. This tastes DELICIOUS with yoghurt and is so healthy for you. My kids LOVE it!
