SOLE FILLETS ALMONDINE SAUCE

1 pkg fillets fish ( sole or basa)
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp flour
2/3 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
dash white pepper and tumeric
2 Tbsp toasted almonds
add to taste, lemon & herbs

Bake or poach fillets.
Melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add milk slowly, stir till thick.
Add egg yolk, lemon juice and seasoning.
Serve sauce over cooked fish.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds
